Start your Mother's Day weekend on Saturday, May 10th at 8:00am with a one hour full body class that will include Barre, Pilates, & Yoga. After our work on the mat you will relax in Savasana with a chilled lavender towel. Following class we will celebrate all the special Mom's with Mimosas, Muffins, laughter, and fun!
