Barre
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.

Dynamic Pilates
A 50-60 minute class that combines your traditional Pilates class with Human Reformer Pilates. Pilates involves a series of low-impact movements that strengthen the body's core muscles while focusing on precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. Pilates exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Human Reformer Pilates uses resistance bands to help capture the essence of traditional Reformer Pilates. The class focuses on core, posture, and alignment through innovative mat exercises. Blending them both into one class is a perfect blend for a Pilates class. All fitness levels welcome!

Total Body Power50
This 50 minute class is for those that love the second half of our Pedal Power50 class and HITT classes. Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
