Pedal Push45

Our 45-minute, high-intensity, interval training, indoor cycling workout sessions will get your blood pumping and give you that cardio burn you crave. The carefully choreographed 45-minutes will lead you through speed and resistance all while being motivated and inspired.

Pedal Power50

Pedal Power50 is a 50 minute class that incorporates 25 minute cycle ride by using resistance and speed work combined with 25 minute core and strength work to maximizing your time on and off the saddle. Suitable for all age levels.

Pedal Core50

Reach outside your comfort zone with this 50 minute motiviting, high intensity cycle ride then hit your mat to end the by class strengthening your core and cool down.

Total Body Sculpt Classes

Barre

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.

Dynamic Pilates

A 50-60 minute class that combines your traditional Pilates class with Human Reformer Pilates. Pilates involves a series of low-impact movements that strengthen the body's core muscles while focusing on precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. Pilates exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Human Reformer Pilates uses resistance bands to help capture the essence of traditional Reformer Pilates. The class focuses on core, posture, and alignment through innovative mat exercises. Blending them both into one class is a perfect blend for a Pilates class. All fitness levels welcome!

Total Body Power50

This 50 minute class is for those that love the second half of our Pedal Power50 class and HITT classes. Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

S52 Trifecta

Ready for a 90 minute challenge? If you love our Bike & Barre class you wil love this Trifecta! We have taken Bike & Barre and added 30 minutes of yoga sculpt, stretch, and cool down with savasana and chilled lavendar towel. The best way to end a 90 minute powerful class!
